Emma and Matt Willis reveal their personal connection to therapy as they meet the therapists of 'Change Your Mind, Change Your Life' as well as reveal how the series was made. Emma discusses her own experience of living with anxiety when she meets Clinical Psychologist, Dr Fatoumata Jatta and discovers that her anxieties will have come at a cost but also had a positive impact in her life. Meanwhile, Matt is reunited psychotherapist, Owen O’Kane who worked with him to help him understand the deeper emotional issues that underpinned his battle with addiction. Their discussions shine a light on how opening up has changed their lives and their hopes for the series. Matt and Emma also take us behind the scenes — revealing the techniques used to discreetly film inside the therapy room and what it was like going out on the road to meet the shows participants to see how therapy was helping them to transform their lives.
