TBS patient Samira has just come out of the recovery room where she was because she had used drugs. Patient Suzan shows Hans the dents in her head that occurred after her brain surgery. Since that procedure, she has less compulsion to attack people. TBS patient Kees works in the administration and prepares the morning bulletin. He takes notes of what happens in the clinic and he is not always appreciated for this.
